One of the blessings of my job is working with our sponsors. We have an amazing group of families that love our kids. In the past year many of our children have met their forever families.

Recently we have had some of our sponsorship terms expire. Of course our hope is that all of our sponsors will stay on.. But, we understand when it is time to move on. We appreciate all of the support they give to our babies. It is because of our sponsors that our foster families and our China team can make a difference in the lives of our kids.

Our goal is to grow our network of sponsors. We hope that you will feel called to be Bamboo Parents. If you are waiting for a referral, will you consider sponsoring one of our children while you wait? It's a beautiful way to bring an orphan home...

This directs you to PayPal where you can sign up. *If there is a specific child you would like to sponsor you can note that on your PayPal transaction. Or you can email me! It is $35.00 per month to sponsor one of our children. The minimum commitment is one year. Payment by check is also an option if you contact me.

I can not finish 2009 without thanking all of our Bamboo Baby Sponsors. You have generously given our children hope and love this year! We go into 2010 in a wonderful position to take care of our children. We are working towards adding to our staff on the ground in China which has been a goal for a long time! So, thank you for your support, and for spreading the word about our precious children and our program.

As we begin the new year we only have 7 open sponsor spots. Which is truly wonderful news. I believe with your help we can fill this need. Remember it costs $35.00 per month to sponsor a Bamboo Baby. Our babies that need your help are listed below. I promise it will be a blessing to you and your families as you pray for them, look forward to updates and photos! Our Bamboo Babies Need Your Help!!

Welcome back to the Pearl River Blog. As you can see we have had a little makeover! We are so thrilled with what the talented Design Girl did for us! Thank you Danielle!

My name is Diana and I am the newest member of the PRO team. I am thrilled to be here. I am blessed to have two children, one who is from China. I have a heart for orphans, and the opportunity to give back in this way is an awesome blessing for me! One year ago a friend asked me to help with the sponsorship of a Bamboo Baby. I was so touched to be asked to help. $35.00 a month seemed like so little to provide food, shelter, and love to another. I hope you will feel the same way, and that you will join our Pearl River Family today.

Our goal is to have 4 sponsor families per child. This allows us to keep the cost of sponsorship low while meeting the rising costs of formula, and overall support of our children. Below are our precious Bamboo Babies that need sponsors immediately!

If you would like to sponsor one of our babies, please go here! Or, to our donate button on the side bar. Then click on the program where the specific child is that you would like to sponsor. (You can email me the name of the child you would like, or you can make a note on your paypal order too.) You can set up your account to pay monthly, quarterly, or annually. You can use PayPal, or you can send a check to PRO. If you choose to pay monthly or quarterly, your account will be automatically deducted after the first payment. As a sponsor you will get quarterly updates and a photo of your child. If you aren't interested in sponsoring a child, but would like to help, there are so many other ways. A donation to honor a friend or family member is a great way to give a gift! This is my new favorite birthday gift for my friends!

We will do our best to honor your wishes to sponsor a specific child. Our goal is for all of our Bamboo Babies to be loved until they can be adopted. When your child is placed with their forever family, we will joyfully notify you and assign another one of our kiddos to your family!
